Pizza Works

Pizza was ok, they are short-staffed but they were prompt on refills and the food service was quick. Would go again but its just pizza.

Asked to get pizza well done they replied "no". pizza toppings were abundant but had no flavor. Asked for individual packets of parmesan red pepper flakes and we were again told "no" 1/5

I had a Supreme Flat Crust pizza that was awesome! The service was great, and the cinnamon bread sticks were an excellent finish to the meal.

Last night was maybe the third time we've visited Pizza Works for a family dinner. We had the largest "everything but the kitchen sink" pizza which was plenty for four adults. The pizza crust was crisp and everyone liked the toppings.

The dining area is large with plenty of space between tables which was important since two in our party used walkers and there were other diners using motorized and manual wheelchairs.

The place was fairly crowded - maybe 3/4 full by the time we left. Service was fast and friendly ... our pizza arrived quickly and additional drinks arrived in less than two minutes after we asked.

I'd give Pizza Works five stars if they offered anchovies but we'll still be back.

Fresh toppings on the taco pizza made this one of the best I've ever had. Love the crust too!!! It was late on a Sunday evening, I appreciate that the server didnt seem to be annoyed with us. Salad bar was fresh and we probably could have just eaten salad. Good selection of toppings. We will be back to visit soon!!!

Waited for an hour before the waitress admitted she never put our order in to the kitchen. Said we'd have Pizza in 15 minutes... ended up waiting another 52 minutes. Will be the last 2 hours I spend in this place. Service is beyond bad. Extremely incompetent staff... how hard is it to serve Pizza?

Called in an order for pickup 15 min before close at 7pm and they wouldn't make a pizza for me because I called in too late. I'm sure the owner was not the one who answered.

Pizza works makes excellent pizza. I have ordered pizza here for lunch, dinner, and for special events. I usually get it delivered, but they also have a nice sit-in restaurant if you want a change of atmosphere. If you go to the restaurant to eat, they have a buffet so you can grab whatever you want. The buffet includes various pizza choices, desert options like pudding and cinnamon sticks, as well as a full salad bar.

My favorite thing to order is the personal pan pizzas. They are small but they really fill you up. We had these many times and it's the perfect size for a kid. They make good Hawaiian pizza too. I rate them much higher than Pizza Hut.

The atmosphere is nice, there are a lot of windows so there is nice natural light in the restaurant. They have booths as well as tables. The restaurant has a lot of wood, so it's very brown, but they also have a few plants. I think this is one of the nicer places to eat-in in Moberly. They have arcade games but most of them are broken or really run down. I was playing the Mortal Kombat one by the entrance and it broke while I was playing it. Another eyesore was the huge mountain of chairs they had piled up in the corner of the restaurant. I guess it's nice that they got new chairs, but they apparently had trouble getting rid of the old ones. The bathrooms are decent as well, and I didn't cringe when I went inside.

Overall, Pizza works is a great place to order pizza. Their staff changes quite often, but the staff I met were very friendly. You can get the pizza delivered, you can pick it up at the store, or you can eat at the location.

I was not impressed at all. We ordered the pizza buffet. They only had up to two pizzas on the buffet at a time. Everyone would race to the buffet when a pizza would come out and the first 2-3 people would get pizza while everyone else got nothing. In thirty minutes I had two pieces of pizza and my husband only had one. When we complained to our waitress she was apologetic but that was it. Also, our waitress never cleared our dirty plates and we had to ask for drink refills. The pizza itself was only okay. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will we be back.

Great service! Really sweet people and super kind and all. However the pizza is terrible. We ordered a cheese and a supreme and a cheese bread sticks. Supreme was AWFUL. Onions were not cooked all the way and the crust sucks. The cheese pizza was alright. Again the dough/crust, like cardboard. HOWEVER the cheese breadsticks were pretty good. So meh, it's an okay place, but there's a Dominos so that might be better.
